Butterfly Books, an independent children's bookstore, vows to provide all who nurture the love of reading in children the opportunity to locate, experience, appreciate and purchase children's books which honor the needs of growing young minds.

Butterfly Books is an independent children's bookstore established in 1991.  Our desire is to provide a complete range of quality literature that is diverse. This diversity is designed to hold the interest of   children of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and reading levels. Butterfly Books special orders both adult and children's books from all size presses, including small  independent presses that support local authors. Staffed by teachers, former librarians, and coordinated by a reading specialist the browsing is not only informative for parents, but becomes a child friendly literacy experience!
